For sign-in, configuration, GlowFlow privacy, or platform security issues, email support@mocktar.com. Include the affected page, approximate time, and expected result. Never send a password, secret key, or full card number.

Support is provided by email without a guaranteed response time. Urgent service matters should be handled with the salon. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
